If you're using Highlander v1.26.3 or higher, you do not need this mod anymore.
The bugfix from this mod is now integrated into the BETA version of the Highlander.

It looks like the culprit might be [WotC] RW Realistic Non Self Building Facilities,

Seems it overrides UIFacilityGrid_FacilityOverlay. However it does not show me that in the overrides tab menu of alternate mod launcher.
Hope this helps anyone that has the same issue in the future.
I'm not saying your mod is at fault in any way. I use many of your mods and they are always stable as far as I can see. It just seems to be a bad mix of mods. Not a clue what is causing it as I can see nothing else touches UIFacilityGrid_FacilityOverlay.
I can live without this fix, it was just a pet peeve fix that I figured I'd use but the lag was absolutely horrendous. Thanks for your great mods nonetheless -bg-.
I can't for the life of me see what mod I'm using that conflicts but it seems to not be lagging now I've removed this one.
Low frame rate on the Geoscape is indeed an indicator of a mod conflict. I've been using this mod since -bg- released it without an issue.
Just wanted to let you know that this mod seems to have a conflict/issue that causes a lag issue on the Avenger/Geoscape screen. It may work perfectly fine when not in conjunction with other mods (unable to confirm as I know not what could be clashing) but when I unsubscribed the Avenger/Geoscape lag issue was no more.
I also had huge lag on tactical missions after installing this mod which I am yet to test have been solved by removing. I will update later.
I know you make quality mods and would like to ensure others that I do believe it is a conflict but thought I would leave this comment to help others that may have similar issues.
