Malaficus Shaikan Oct 22, 2015 @ 10:31pm
Thanks.
I am so tired of having to stop halfway through my walk because i am faster then the npc.
kittyzaaaaaaaaaaaa Aug 18, 2015 @ 9:54pm
It really nice, but whenever I open a container, all the loose items around it explodes in all directions...
Howeetom Jun 30, 2015 @ 10:39am
Does this mod work with Things like guards and bandits?
I only want to be able to walk with people. I don't want to not be able to escape from them haha!
frog of the bog Feb 23, 2015 @ 1:27pm
Hah, i'm at that exact mission on my new character (the screenshot above) and im like fuck this, looks up mod.

Searching the Workshop really sucks, and I can't remember my password to sign in from a web browser. (And I don't want to reset it, either.)

Can you add a link to Skyrim Speeds that I can just click on from within the Steam app?
Asmosis Nov 29, 2014 @ 7:34pm
does this apply to bandits, guards etc as well? sometimes you DO want to run faster than whats chasing you :)
Hestral Nov 23, 2014 @ 6:58pm
Not working for me, I tried both this and the Light and I still run faster than everyone.
Mohl Sep 15, 2014 @ 1:14pm
I've been looking for this forever.
Wolfmark  [author] Jul 20, 2014 @ 10:56am
I think that "speedmult" changes your speeds only. It has nothing to do with NPCs. But if you increase the walk speed using this then you'll you'll also increase the run, sneak and sprint speeds with same percent...
WHOSthatBOY Jul 19, 2014 @ 7:19pm
One question: if you change your speed via console command (player.setav speedmult ###) does that then change the speed of NPCs? Or do they stay at the default for the player? Sorry if this is a bit of an ignorant question, but I find changing my speed very useful, and I do it quite a lot.
Sausage May 7, 2014 @ 7:28pm
v. nice... the simplest mods are often the most useful
luca Jan 11, 2014 @ 3:45pm
This is a great mod, but it has some kind of issue with the 360 controller. Worked perfectly fine when I played with keyboard and mouse, but then I got tired of it and wanted to play with the 360 controller, but somehow I couldn't sprint with it. Not even changing the keybind would fix it, so after hours of search I discovered it's a problem with this mod. Please fix it, I love this mod.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (thx for makin' tis mod btw)
Enri M. Louvre Aug 18, 2013 @ 3:46pm
OH THANK YOU!! FINALLY!!! It's gotten really M-effin annoying when I'm running faster then I can count then suddenly I'm slower then a snail stuck in cobwebs after not picking up a single things and exit a buildin.
MRDRK1 Aug 2, 2013 @ 6:13am
Would this conflict with "amazing follower tweaks"? Movement speed seems to be the one thing it doesn't alter, so I'm hoping this would be compatible. Would one have to be loaded before the other?
Caveman Caber Jun 28, 2013 @ 9:21am
Great idea however i found i couldn't sprint with this mod active. Others also have had this problem.
bals May 2, 2013 @ 12:11pm
Thank you so much. Really pissed me off when I had to follow somebody in a quest. :D
Mister Molecule Feb 19, 2013 @ 3:40pm
Oh, I found out it actually makes a difference
Mister Molecule Feb 19, 2013 @ 3:30pm
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why would you want to change the height of the races to the same value? Anyway, thanks for the lite version
Riddle Feb 14, 2013 @ 7:02pm
Nice mod
TessaV Jan 27, 2013 @ 2:36am
This is a much needed mod, Great work. Not gona download it however, i have a mod that i "KNOW" will conflict with it just by nature. All in all though, Exellente addition to the workshop friend ^-^
Wolfmark  [author] Jan 10, 2013 @ 1:17pm
This plugin does not change your walk/run speeds. It only changes the "fast walk" and "jog" speeds for NPCs (and nothing is stored in the save files). If you're moving too fast then disable all plugins and re-enable them one by one, to see which is the one that cause problems.
Outrage Jan 10, 2013 @ 12:48pm
il make it simple, me speed not going bak to normal it stays at 500...
Wolfmark  [author] Jan 10, 2013 @ 11:28am
huh?
Outrage Jan 10, 2013 @ 4:28am
... i cant walk normal speed or run normal speed.... my speed is still the same from last time like 500 sprint speed... and 150 walkspeed
Wolfmark  [author] Nov 8, 2012 @ 6:56am
Yes, it is.
AiRabbit Nov 6, 2012 @ 2:42pm
When using my Xbox controller with this mod installed I'm unable to sprint, is that a common issue?
Freeasabird🕊 Sep 24, 2012 @ 10:33pm
@Machienzo.neo

Try out the "Alternate Start" Mod you can totally skip the opening sequence and start of as the proud owner of Proudspire manor :P or a plathura of other starting locals
Machienzo Sep 15, 2012 @ 6:56pm
It seems to be an unfortuante problem with the intro, lightofzion. I too have had the problem and I can't stand it, so I unsubscribed to walking related mods.
FOURIER Jul 12, 2012 @ 9:04am
Great work
ATOM Jun 16, 2012 @ 10:06am
OMG thanks! I´ve been searching for this for hours!
Wolfmark  [author] Jun 7, 2012 @ 4:06pm
Do you use Skyrim Speeds plugin? Or any other plugin that changes the speeds for horses? Because this one should have nothing to do with carriage's speed. Anyway the solution is to disable the plugins until the scripted scene ends, then you can enable them back. You don't start a new game every day, so it shouldn't be a problem...
Soren Jun 7, 2012 @ 2:38pm
Great mod, I loved it when I first used it.

To the AUTHOR: I have a slight problem I was wondering if you could fix. It's specifically related to the very beginning of the game only (the carriage ride to Helgen). The carriage ride becomes significantly slower than vanilla and I was wondering if you could fix that part specifically and isolate it to be more vanilla.

Other than that, please know that I super endorse this mod.
Adrift40 Apr 6, 2012 @ 9:08pm
and u can't sprint when walking other wize I would just walk
Adrift40 Apr 6, 2012 @ 9:07pm
No I want a to use stam to run or something dont like how u can just run back and forth at enemies the whole fight
Wolfmark  [author] Apr 6, 2012 @ 7:33am
If you want to run slower then ... read the description for this mod :) It has a link to another mod that allows you to change the walk/run/sprint speeds for player, NPCs, horses and werewolves.
Adrift40 Apr 5, 2012 @ 2:10am
Could u make a mod that gives some kind of penalty for running. Like in Oblivion would be fine. I might could do it myself if I could figure out how the game tells the diff between running and walking not sure it does to tell the truth. thx would be greatly apprecitated and I imagine all the realism ppl would love it.
Alopekis Mar 25, 2012 @ 12:51pm
I have to admit, out of all the bugs in Skyrim, this annoyed me more than any of them (not implying that this is a bug, I know it isn't). I don't like when I have to run to catch up with them, then walk to keep from getting to far from them, then run again to catch up with them. lol
Clovi Mar 18, 2012 @ 2:09am
Thank you for sharing your work with the Workshop.
AMGamer94 Mar 16, 2012 @ 8:40am
i hope this is going 2 be good, i hated the idea i walked slower than the npc's but run faster than them
RobbinRobin Mar 15, 2012 @ 1:07am
I think i'll love this mod.
Randy Marsh Mar 5, 2012 @ 10:05am
Yeah, so i thaught too. at that moment i had running 2 mods: thsi one and disable fast travel. so i decided to unload all. without mods it worked. but when i loaded only this mod the flames were invisible :(
Wolfmark  [author] Feb 28, 2012 @ 3:46pm
I don't think that there's something to fix because the plugin is too simple and has nothing to do with spells. Try these steps:

1. Disable all mods from DATA FILES menu, load the game and play for few seconds to see that everything is ok. If you don't see the flames then you have other problems.
2. Then enable only this mod and load the game again. The flames should be visible.
3. Then enable one more mod and play the game again for few seconds. Then another one and play again for few seconds etc... Do this until all your mods are enabled or until you find the one that cause the problems.
Randy Marsh Feb 28, 2012 @ 10:46am
a BUG came out on my game: as i activated the mod, my spells were invisible. that means my flame-thrower spell had no flame and so on.. :/ but thats just a little disadvantage. Even though i hope you can fix it.
Just Ron Feb 25, 2012 @ 8:15pm
THANK YOU!!!!! this uesed to make me so mad
