I'm sure the developer of FU has already stolen my work and integrated it into theirs claiming it as their own like they do all other mods they steal and add to their bulk mod pack.

However, its possible. I'd have to go find the original stuff again if I still have it, that is if i do plan to release. I really wanted to accomplish something within the game way back when I made this and I'd feel bad having someone else take it over because then I'd never get it back if I ever did come back.

However the community has a lot of toxic higher ups in it, which puts me off. The fact that the devs encourage stealing mods kinda is meh. I'll think about it though.

As I said, they were. There may be secret porn channels there, but it won't be some easy to find thing. It was long ago, and solved long ago, but it left a bad taste in my mind that turned me against the game.

So don't give up possibly enjoying things because of crummy crappy leaderships there. I personally, lost the taste for it when I lost access to the community. They don't deserve to have my work making their game better if they won't properly manage their communities and let childish people maintain complete power over their primary Starbound discord. Admin Poopietop (The joke) will just have to live with the fact that they (cause I dunno their gender pronoun), are a childish dictator that tried to give kids access to porn and tried to justify it with bullcrap and they know it, and then got mad at a person who protested that. There's not much point leaving the server either, if you want to participate in the community, its the place to be. Dawn Felstar has the official chucklefish discord under their control too, in a manner of speaking. By telling them whatever, proclaiming me to be some bad person, I got banned from there as well. So Chucklefish claiming Dawn isn't an official member of their team, treat them as such.

In any case, its old news. Chucklefish is filled with tons of controversy if you ever look it up. They bury it and hide it the best they can. It can't be covered up because its been released to the internet so they have cover stories and whatnot. Since everyone loves the game it gets ignored. If you're one of the few who quit because of what they've done, they don't care, they made their money off you already and you can do them no harm.

Maybe not quit the game, but leave the server, for sure.

I explained my reasons for quitting, and there's nothing you can do even if you confirm I told the truth, other than to quit the game or something which would be silly. Of course they don't. I told Discord about them, and the owner nearly lost their special status of free Nitro or whatever over it. They banned me for protesting a porn channel. Its ancient history now, you're not gonna find anything. They buried it good. They'l proclaim various things against me making things up about me being some terrible evil person controlling them or disrupting people or harassing or whatever other garbage they can make up, simply because they know you won't have any way to verify it. I have screenshots of the porn channel existing but Valve won't let me link them and I'm not adding a random person to my contact list. If Imgur didn't ban VPN users, I'd upload there instead.

Apparently Steam removes links to images, I tried to share a direct link to proof and it got removed. Stupid protection system being over-protective.

I also call this person a pedo when they probably aren't. They are just stupid. Setting up a porn channel in a discord with children in it, and granting access to anyone who types ?18 anywhere with no age verification, relying solely on the "Yes I am 18" button in NSFW channels throughout discord to age check people. There were multiple 15 year olds in the channel which I had verified for myself and the owner there just didn't care.

Sorry, I stopped modding a long time ago for this game when Chucklefish decided to leave a corrupt sensitive snowflake pedo in charge of the discord communities who literally gave porn to children and had me banned from the official Chucklefish discord too when I told discord about it and they forced her to stop.

Its old news by now, nothing's going to happen. Chucklefish have already shown me that they don't mind that she gave children access to porn. However, it doesn't matter, because I stopped playing the game and don't mod for it. I miss the game, but I can't get into it knowing that I can't participate in the community anymore.

@Vas your serious shit why is she still allowed to run the server when that happened did you screenshot anything from that as evidence because if so then send it to chucklefish since it's there official discord and something like that could screw them up big time

I simply stated that, Chucklefish, acts as if the leader of the discord community is officially staff in their employ because she was also able to ban me from the OFFICIAL chucklefish discord.

She was angry with me when I told her it wasn't right giving kids access to porn. When I forced her to delete the porn channels in her discord by reporting it to discord, which almost cost her discord the sponsorship, she developed a grudge on me and decided to make sure I couldn't participate in the Chucklefish discord communities any further.

If she is able to convince them to ban me from their official discord too, she is officially, staff under the employ of Chucklefish, and/or at the very least, Chucklefish agrees with what she did when she set up a porn channel letting kids in, when all they had to do to gain access was type ?18.

Going to add my two cents here cause i really like the mod and would like to see it continue

@Vas - First - if the incident actually happened then that REALLY sucks, however being LGBTQ+ has NO bearing on breaking the law(not that one could reasonably press charges tbh)

Second - pretty sure Chucklefish takes a 'hands off' approach to 'social stuff' - intentionally i do believe - discord would be included in that i suppose. guess that means the 'community' has to deal with its own issues.

also: afaik, unless there is an actual Chucklefish employee as an admin/mod for the Discord server, they don't have any control there....

This mod is easily one of my favorites for Starbound. It can't feasibly compete against the the powerhouse that is Frackin' Universe, but ever so few mods can in the first place.
I feel like the biggest downside of this mod is that stations really need to have some sort of update to their function in the first place (which is out of the scope of this mod). They are a bit bland for all it takes in my opinion. However, I do still love stations and this mod along with it.

I do still have interest in the game myself, I'm just rather pissed at the developers for allowing people like this to run their communities.

Vas is done with Starbound as evident, I'm taking a bit of a break to do other things in life but still interested in Starbound so when I get back to playing I will most likely do some modding again but for now there aren't any updates planned until then.

I don't bypass discord bans with alt accounts. I don't want people doing that to me so I don't do it to them. I wish I could speak to someone at Chucklefish about the situation in detail, but it seems they want to ignore me completely and don't give a crap. They trust their own non-staff staff over me of course. Even though I got screenshot proof.

This is the kinda case where, if it was me, I'd just go 'screw it' and make a new discord account.

Told all the other staff that I'm some bad person and had me banned from all Chucklefish discords. Chucklefish claims she's not an employee or anything but she sure does get treated like one so, my official stance is that Chucklefish has a potential pedo on their staff, or at least a moron who thinks that a kid can't type ?18 and lie about their age. I don't want to support the game with people like that running the entire community. Discord was how I worked with modders too.
