How will changing these numbers affect the Raptor?

I have 2 Raptors which causes issues,.
When both Raptors attack an enemy, one of the raptors always kills the other Raptor,
leaving me with only one raptor.
There does not seem to be a way to prevent the Raptors from killing each other
