Granted, the mod page for "[CP] Prisoner Outfit" only says that it's been updated for 1.0 through 1.2. However, Chicken Plucker turned comments off. Unfortunately, this means nobody can read comments saying that it works in 1.3, which it apparently does.
Check out the description for the No Version Warning mod and you'll see that "[CP] Prisoner Outfit" is listed, meaning that it has been reported as working in 1.3. And if you install No Version Warning , then there shouldn't even be a warning about being for the wrong version.

Minor issue is that the code to keep the uniform orange broke recently. I'm waiting on jecrell to sort that out, in the meantime, it's made out of cloth.

I understand that perfectly. When I wrote the begginning message, I had uniforms and possible weapons as my intent because making a blinking system or something of the sort, would be extremly time consuming.
I'll run a test for the other problem, see if anything comes up since I don't get a lot of other complaints about this
New creatures like SCP 173 and 106 are going to be complicated to do in C#, you can call me experienced all you want, but that kind of thing is not what I have done before, something I have no knowledge of. If I was going to do an SCP mod, my part would be with SCP uniforms, Chaos Insurgency faction and etc. but I can't do the most important part of SCPs, the creatures and objects that do their fancy spooky things.

You are a experianced, and well known Modder on RimWorld. And there are some people who play this game that know of SCP Containment Breach and the Foundation...
What I ask of you, can you construct a mod that is based on The SCP Foundation. Other people have mods that add most modern weapons, such as P90's and such forth. I, unlike you, am inexperianced and know very little, and such I cannot do this myself. Although you may be very busy with the real world. If you can ever get to it. Please take the time to read my request.
Updated all my mods to have the tag [CP] in the beginning and (B18) in the end, maybe it's not pretty to look at from Steam Workshop, but from the in-game mod list when you're trying to go through hundreds of mods it helps.

Settlers simply do not carry clothes to the warehouse, and I do not understand why. To change the priority I tried, to disconnect the only mode on the warehouse (the color of the warehouse), too. Settlers can dress, but not carry. If you put all the clothes in the warehouse, they will take it to the warehouse.

However this mod is being added to an upcoming mod by prison labor mod author "Avius"
In his expansion there will be more prison related stuff and I am collaborating with him so he can add this outfit in it and he could code it to force it on prisoners.
Great mods though, keep it up.
