Doing this for most of the troublemakers seems to fix them.
This occurs in fresh runs and loaded saves.
I've also tried using Project DollHouse for colour customisation, which comes with its own issues breaking the textures of some mods that I'm using (Armours of the Imperium).
I set the xcomgame.ini config file using Alternative Mod Launcher to START_INDEX=1000
NUM_COLOR_PER_BASE=256 and everything else is default.
Either the mod isn't working properly or the documentation in the mod description is really sorely lacking. This mod doesn't work well out of the box and I have no idea how to fix it.
Still a great mod, and I will be happy to continue using it whenever some possible solutions or conflicts are explained. I understand the mod doesn't work with certain things already in the description, but I haven't downloaded any new mods since before I started using this (and it worked fine at one stage).
;+ModClassOverrides=(BaseGameClass="XComCharacterCustomization", ModClass="XComCustomizationColourManager")
If I remove the comment and turn it into actual code, the mod works. But then the game freezes if you try to do any other type of customization to your soldiers. Completely frozen, you have to shut down your PC to close the game.
I don't have another mod that uses 'XComGameCharacterCustomization'
What gives?
I already tried to use the Loading Error Guide, it does not work
The mods are simply not working no matter what fix is used or attempted. The folders are installed, everything is in it's proper place but the mods just don't work anymore. They don't show in game with the sliders as previously did, it's like they are not even present or installed.
I am putting a blame towards last few game updates.
I'm also subscribed to the other mods of this series (Spark and WOTC). Anything I'm missing?
I am getting the same issue where this doesn't work with Emptynames, which is weird because it used to work no issue. Can we get a fix?

Gonna fool with the config files in a minute, and I'll see.
I can still hear the sound and it sounds like its running normally but it just sits there.
Well, I also deleted and downloaded all the mods again, but I think cleaning would help
I'm using the LWotC overhaul as a base with 160+ mods on top of that and have the two OMC mods nearly last in the load order on the AML.

Search for both of these files and open them with Notepad:
OneMillionColours.XComMod
OneMillionSparkColours.XComMod
Add the following to the end of each and save:
RequiresXPACK=true
On doing the above and loading the game back up, the sliders showed up once again for me when I went into the eyes/ hair/ skin/ tattoo customisation sections of my Soldiers.
Credit to Kerse again for this solution, thanks man for the steer.
I can see my soldiers, but I can't use the sliders.
