@dr obama you have an option to scale the models, you right click on the model Utilities>Add scale control to models, you should than see under rootTransform a scale option to scale the model

I believe the Protagonist's model could use re-ripping, as that one has face rigs as does his Child self from Act 1 & 2.

@095 IDK how is he rigged in the game, and I I've checked and the poses that are possible to make with my rigs are the closest to the game ones. Other problems are just weight problems that I haven't fixed cause they make the rig more reakistic.

The hands (neighbor) are still improperly rigged. They shouldn't start at where the glove begins.
