Do you mean like create or break an alliance with another ruler ? I think that's scriptable but I'd have to check.
Or have entries in game.log when alliances are formed/borken ?

I've moved all intrigue decisions to targeted decisions
I'm probably going to move most of intrigue decisions (that only the player can take) to diplomacy decisions (so it can be used on the AI as well).
Will that help ?
