I just weld Jeep seats into a car to seat the desired passengers, and make it a dupe. It doesn't really affect performance.

ages ago there was the passenger mod that easily allowed that, don't know if it's still available, another way is to manually put a chair in the car (Garry's Mod should have the buggy seat as a char) and weld to it, other newer passengers mods (if any exist) I honestly don't know if they works (suppose not)
