- Added balancing events for Mughal Empire and Qing Dynasty to allow for a greater amount of states.
- Removed balancing for Sweden and France.
- China can now reduce its army size temporarily when unable to pay its army in silver.
- A.I China more likely to disband army instead of trying to tax peasants.
- Cold year rebellions no longer trigger rebellion in provinces with a warehouse. The warehouse district also covers neighboring provinces.
- Cold year rebellions once more spawn rebels in smaller countries, to compensate for the above change.
- Historical weather feature now ensures A.I builds warehouse and warehouse districts.
- Reduced occurance of Berber pirate raids.
- Added the Act of Uniformity for England. *Requires Historical Religions.
- Adjusted silver brought by treasure fleets to compensate for silver trade.
- Spain now gets a cb on Portugal during its succession crisis even if historical wars is not enabled.
- New decisions for union of the crowns and Act of Union. Suitable for England and Scotland if either is in a PU with the other.
- Slaves now boost rural production in sugar colonies instead of increasing amount of sugar tax paid. Should encourage more trade competition.
- Colonial nations are now less likely to rebel before their overlord has gotten the enlightenment institution OR before the year 1750. *Requires historical balancing
- The British East India Company can now be granted an expansionist charter once formed.

- NEW FEATURE! China Silver Trade. China must now pay its armies in silver, which can either be purchased from visiting europeans or mined domestically.
- Portugal now pays the Macau rent in silver if Silver Trade is enabled.
- European countries can now purchase silver that is brought back to europe from Spanish treasure fleets.
- China can either extort silver from its peasants or loose some of its armies from mutiny when not being able to pay the yearly silver maintenance cost.
- Europeans discover the spice trade now requires the christian religious group.
- Added Shaanxi earthquake of 1556.
- Adjusted A.I Fort upgrade feature to adhere to technology tree. In effect, A.I will upgrade its forts earlier.
- Legazpi expedition now grants its land to Spain once all natives are conquered.
- Countries with less than 5 owned provinces no longer get rebellions during exceptionally cold years.
- Removed balancing events for Milan and Savoy.
- Minting copper coin now reduces inflation by 5% (previously 10), in order to compensate for improved A.I performance.

- The Dutch trade companies can now recruit its soldiers directly from the Dutch manpower reserves. Added decision for the Netherlands to permit / refuse recruitment.
- Dutch trade companies now proactively builds military shipyards to increase their naval forcelimit.
- Portugal must now also control Luanda in order for the slave trade purchase event to trigger.
- Rebalanced Swedish Copper trade.
- Updated for latest M&T 2.6 version.

- Sugar trade expanded to include coastal Brazil and Parama to historically incentivize conquest of the region.

- NEW FEATURE! River exploration and inland colonization. France can now fund expeditions to explore the Great Rivers and the Mississippi river in order to set up inland trading posts.
- NEW FEATURE! Dutch Geoctrooieerde Westindische Compagnie. The Netherlands can now create the West India company to manage its colonies in the western hemisphere.
- FEATURE REVAMP! The Spice Trade has been reworked to make it more historical. Control is now obtained by having a 25% share of the moluccas trade node. Monopoly is now obtained by being the only european power to trade in the moluccas trade node.
- Tidore and Ternate are now important harbors in order to control the spice trade.
- Reworked trade routes for Portugal and the spice trade to make it more historically accurate.
- Portugal can now create the viceroyalty of Brazil in 1775 provided both colonial brazil and colonial parana are colonies.
- Added historical migration event from north to south brazil for gold discovered in Brazil event.

- Reduced Turkish Empire revolt risk during stagnation.
- Conquest events (Babur, Manchu, Khanate etc) will no longer trigger if the A.I has rebel controlled provinces or more than 10 loans.

- Historical Wars and Conquests are now two seperate features. Allows for historical expeditions randomness or the retention of vital (A.I) historical conquests (Manchu conquest of china, Timurid conquest of India etc) without having historical wars enabled.
- Major Conflicts such as the 30 years' war, war of spanish succcession and Napoleonic wars can now be enabled/disabled seperately.
- Fixes and adjustments to localization.
- Portugal slave trade is now established via the mission tree, and is a unique mission to Portugal. It now requires a colony in Brazil.
- The Portuguese eastward expansion mission tree now requires dominance over the brazil trade nodes and a merchant in the south african trade node.
- The battle for Diu now also triggers if Historical Wars are disabled, and is triggered if Portugal is attempting to conquer Goa.
- Changed victory conditions for Battle of Diu. See in game event.
- A.I Portugal no longer gets "free" provinces around India once they win battle of diu. Claims are given for future conquests.
- Lowered required church reform desire for reformation events to trigger.
- Schmalkaldic league now only forms if there are at least 3 reformed or protestant countries.
- Adjusted bonuses for several modifiers to make more sense historically.
- Historical tariffs can now correctly be deactivated. (pending removal of this feature as it seems M&T has removed the tariff malus).
- Major european trade outposts now give trade range.
- Fixed a bug in the Portuguese slave trade that was preventing certain countries from buying slaves if they had no colonies of their own.
- The Manchu tribes now attack Ming tributary states provided that Ming does not intervene.
- England now also gains Tangiers as part of the Braganza dowry.
- Added Dutch colonization of Brazil.
- Revamped sugar replantations into a decision. Province owners in the caribbean and Brazil will now get an event to fund replantations. Can trigger multiple times but less frequent. Replantations can be discouraged at any time.
- Doubled rebel size of She-An Rebellion and the Wuqiao mutiny.
- Subject countries now reluinqish their domestic copper supply to its overlord.
- Added Ottoman Historical Conquest of Egypt, Tunisia and Mesapotania. Starting 1512, A.I Ottoman Empire will attempt to conquer its historical southern territory.
- A.I Muscowy/Russia will now correctly attempt to conquer the Khanates.
- Decreased relationship hit from not dealing with pirates.
- Bug fixes.
