Update to version 3.7

Changes:

- New graphic effects have been added for almost all space objects (stars, collapsars, microquasars, etc.)
- Added new globules (dark nebulae like the Coal Sack nebula). Now globules will appear mainly in areas of nebulae.
- All portraits of stars and other objects have been redrawn for modifications that change the planetary view interface (no more black bar at the top).
- In the Real Space settings menu, an option has been added to the settings for the appearance of destroyed megastructures (DLC Utopia)
- Added Guardian Spawn Settings option in the Real Space settings menu (Leviathans DLC)
- The option for all late game crises to appear at the same time (for suicides) has been added to the Real Space settings menu.
- Added Planetary Exploration (block with description and installation check) to the menu.
- Starlord's new star has lit up in the galaxy.
