-Fixed a few areaportal glitches

-Shoot em up now has a way to fill up your ammo, but the blocks take 3 shots to break instead of 2.
-Changed the skylights to newer versions
-Added a catwalk around armory for easier access to the roof via the teleporter
-Removed the displacements in vents so people stopped getting stuck
-Added 2 additional ladders outside for easier access to the roof
-Placed the simon controls on top of the roof
-Added healthshot near the m4a1s outside
-Top vent now has a 75% chance to open, up from 50%
-The top vent now exits slightly differently so it doesn't pop out in view of the skylight or CTs near soccer

The top vent in cells now only has a 1/2 chance to be openable.
Removed 1 scout from the cliff area above shoot em' up and placed it on the roof in the corner above the ak.
Rebuilt the climb starter area to remove unfair hiding spots.
Added a taser to climb.
Removed the glock/p250 random spawns from cell block and replaced them with tasers.
Changed the sun's angle in the sky.

Replaced the five seven in one of the lower vents with a usps.

On the 1/5 chance that a r8 spawns in couch game, the T who gets it will now also receive head armor and some grenades.
Adjustments to boat wars.
Added a button to toggle metal shutters in shoot em' up to prevent the T from effectively shooting outside of the game.
The vent between the tables in cell block can now be run through instead of forcing a crouch.
