- Military and Diplomacy weighting not changing in last build. Hopefully this fixes. If not, then I am suspicious that this is no longer possible with new version of Civ.

- Survivor and Diplomacy weighting still not updating. This patch may fix the issue by removing back-to-back comments from SQL file (suspicious that this could be a compiler bug).

-- Slightly reduced chance of finding better rewards. The distribution is now 50/30/20 (Good/Better/Best)
-- Added support for Diplomacy category (Favor/Envoy/Title)
-- Disabled GRANT_SETTLER (too OP)
-- Move POP_BOOST back to Survivor category (to replace GRANT_SETTLER)
-- Added STRATEGIC RESOURCES reward (fills vacant POP_BOOST slot)
-- Reduced clustering of Goody Huts so that they can no longer be adjacent. They can still appear within 2 hexes of each other, which is closer than the Firaxis default of 3.

-- All huts now disperse 20 gold, in addition to the reward.
-- Gold rewards reduced by 20 to accomodate the +20 gold dispersal for each hut.
-- Medium gold reward gained +5 so that it is in alignment with scale for gold and faith, which are now 20, 60, 100. (The medium gold reward had been 75 rather than the expected 80, and now with the additional reduction by 20, it is 60.)
-- Population boost is now the least common reweard in its category, Scout is second, and Experience is most common. (See updated chart in mod description.)

Removed HEALING as a reward, and moved ADD_POP from SURVIVORS category to the MILITARY category to take the place of HEALING. This was done for 3 reasons:
1) Healing was boring.
2) There were 4 rewards in the SURVIVOR category. Now all categories have 3 rewards.
3) To prevent Scouts from being found too often. This was due to the other 2 rewards in its MILITARY category (Healing and Experience) frequently being invalid. This would occur if the unit claiming the Goodie Hut was either unwounded or unable to gain more experience (due to a pending upgrade), in which case a Scout would be granted since it was the only valid reward in the choosen category.

Slightly increased the chance of better rewards. the new weigting (i.e. % chance of a given reward appearing in each category) is 25/33/42 (best/better/normal). The Firaxis out-of-the-box settings in most categories was 15/30/55.
