Reworked plague
Ported vanilla's non-aligned league events, war in heavens polished in general and added to mod's menu, some notifications still todo
Blight now can assimilate fleets, updated a bit post blight age, new content still todo, also it is now origin, to fix ongoing game use consol command "effect set_origin = hfe_origin_blight"
Finaliazed robot-machine conversion, now all robots/machine pops should stack into one species
Removed procreate housing block because it is now vanilla's feature
Fixed leader traits option and some tooltips
New civics for human fallens, some still WIP
New icons for old civics without icons
Other minor changes im too lazy to describe
