In-game settings have been removed. Only INI is supported now.
The INI options have been overhaulled to be more descript and hopefully translate better.

Where the in-game settings used to be there an now some usful admin utilities.

Fixes, aditions, tweaks

- Fixed an issue that required players to have to "cliam" tracked dinos after uploading or using a cryopod mod.
- Added check to prevent meshing on servers that have structure collision disabled.
- Re-enabled the saddle placement check.
- Re-enabled wall snapping with option to disable.
- Added back location offset when teleporting to a player location.
- Simplified combat cooldown but is now much more efficient.
- Added back support for Tek Teleporters.
- "AdminsSeeAllTeleporters" option now sees all player locations and tek teleporter locations.
- Added option to disable Teleporters acting as Transmitters.
- Changed some UI colours to make them easier to see.
- Added back vechicle teleportering (excluding rafts).
- Obelisks should no longer all get added to favourites when adding one.
- Favouite Teleporters now persist.
- Enemy dinos now get teleporterd when "TeleportSameTeamOnly" is disabled but only if they have a rider.
- Added check max tames before donwloading option.
- Added option to limit how many uploads a tribe can have.
- Fix favourited uploads not showing at the top in find dino UI.
- How stats are obtained for dinos has changed. This means uploaded dino will show incorrect stats until they are downloaded and re-uploaded.

- Fixed tribe limit setting. Remeber if you are admin the limit is ignored! Teleporters remeber if they were placed by admin and dont count towards limit!
- Hopefully fixed admin settings UI going off screen on some resolutions.
- Fixed situations where Telepot locations would remain after the Teleporter was removed.
- Fixed equipped items on dinos being duped when the "drop inventory on upload" option was enabled.
- Changing the "Allow Uploads" setting in game now takes effect immediately.
- Setting a Combat CD in game now takes effect immediately.
- Fixed high CPU usage issues.
- Trackers now properly reinitialize after server restarts.
- Fixed a couple typos... probably created more.
- Snapping has been removed until I can find a nicer way of handling the option to toggle it. You will have to deal with any existing unwanted wall mounted teleporters yourself.

This is a fix for the Teleporting issues ONLY.

The other known issue is the tribe limit not working. This has NOT been fixed in this update. When it is fixed Teleporters that exceed the tribe limit will be automatically destroyed.

An option will be added to disable wall snapping in a future update.

Admins should recheck their server settings as a lot of configs got changed seemingly at random with the last update! If using the in game settings and the "Done" button is cut off, try changing your resolution until I fix it.

This update will wipe everything related to this mod!

The source to this mod was lost so I have had to recreate it. This is why there have been no updates for so long.
Instead of dealing with all of the potential issues involved with trying to apply all of the changes over the previous version, I decided to break it on purpose and start fresh. This will also fix any issues where my previously non descript class names conflicted with ones in some other mods.

This was one of my first mods and some of it was done pretty poorly. This remake has been done much better and there are huge optimizations thanks to my increased knowledge of UE4, ARK and thanks to all of the extra tools we have been given since the first verion of this mod came out.

Fixes

- Fixed the upload feature. An ARK update broke the spawn dino function I was using (I think to fix cryo issues). If this ever gets broken again (unlikely), dinos will be stuck untill I update, but not lost forever like they were in the old version.
- Fixed some issues related to the privacy settings and Teleporter destructability.
- Damaged Teleporters can no longer be picked up.
- Teleporters can now be powered by Tek generators (if Teleporters are set to require power).
- Changed how trackers work.
- Trackers no longer depend on settings that were previously lost once a dino was stored using various other mods (so long as they add the buff back!).
- Privacy is now handled by the tribe settings. Personally owned, Tribe owned etc.
- Trackers radial menu lets you claim/unclaim ownership.
- Trackers now display "Awesome Dino Tracker" below the dinos name to indicate they have one.
- Fixed Trackers radial menu in single player.
- Plus a bunch more.


New stuff

- Teleporters can now be set to "Players + Dinos", "Players Only" and "Dinos Only". Only allowing those to travel to it.
- New option for admins to see all Teleporters. Lots of Teleporters will make for a laggy UI!
- Your Teleporters will appear green, allied(which are set to private + Allies) will be blue, public will be red and admin public will be Gold (admins that choose to see all Teleporters will display the private ones in pink).
- Teleporter inventory now acts as a tribute terminal (obelisk).
- Teleporters can now be sorted alphabetically. Should work in all languages and still repects favourites.
- Added combat cooldown option. This is the ammount of time the player has to wait after dealing or taking damage before they can use any Teleport features. Optionally, wild dinos can also count as combat.
- Teleporters can now be demolished. I hope this fixes some issues people were having with decay settings.
- Added option to limit how many character can be teleported in one go.
- Added option to prevent using any teleporting within x range of an enemy foundation.
- Plus more.
- Teleporters can now snap to walls. These will be indicated with an icon in the list to avoid potential death.
- How the INI interacts with the in game settings have changed. Now if you edit the INI it should update the settings without having to delete save files.


Really there have been too many changes and fixes to list them all. I think I mentioned the main ones.
I do expect issues. Hopefully there arent so many.

- Fixed map image covering the grid for maps that are not translucent.

- Added a button to the top right of the map view to correct allignment on maps that dont use the standard spawn map scale (tested with Crystal Isles).

- Optimized how favourites work (they have been reset).

- Uploaded dinos now lay eggs. Eggs are added to inventory on Download (Uses server egg lay multiplier) (Can be dissabled).

- The dino list now shows if the dino has a saddle.

- The dino list now shows if the dino is a baby.

- Added new info view to the dino UI. Clicking this and mousing over a dino will list detailed stats (dinos uploaded before this update will need to be reuploaded).

- Tracked and Uploaded water dinos can no longer be downloaded/teleported outside of water.

- Removed Teleporter pick up timer.

- UI settings (tribe only, peronal dinos) now persist.

- The remote melee attack (default left ctrl) will now upload dinos with trackers.

- Uploading dinos wont reset mating timer to max anymore.

- Structures that are based on the Obelisk Terminals should no longer appear as Obelisk locations.
