Fixed a bug where dinos would have the buff active at all times, instead of when being ridden by a player.

Fixed multiple buff issue, also added a multiuse entry to the unit to reset the buff, this can be used to remove any buffs that are still around.

Fixed an issue where multiple buffs would be applied! Also added a server configuration to make unit not require power.
