Planets - REQUIRES THE "PLANETS" ADDON PACK TO SPAWN!

- Implemented Barren Planets - Lifeless, desolate rocks flying through the endless void. Comes in 4 varieties and is a realistic depiction of true Barren Planets.

- Implemented Wartorn World - A contested planet between the Loyalists and Rebels. Once a thriving industrial city planet now reduced to rubble.

- Implemented Tomb World - A planet for the dead. Tombs litter the planet surface and the remains of the deceased are all too common here.

- Added Colonized Lush World - An Earth-like planet with an atmosphere suitable for almost all life. The same as a Garden planet but with unique "hunted by day" mechanics and a fully animated* background.

- Added Infested Planet - Infested by the Ruin Remnants, nothing here is of use other than the constant orbital bombardment from various ships. The presence of the infested planet is good enough I guess. People like to have those fancy backgrounds, y'know.

- Added Dense Planet - A planet filled with extreme volcanic activity as well as extreme pressure, acidic weather and vaporizing heat. There is actually no reason to come here since there's no stat blocking effects for the planet. It also kills the player instantly so there's that too.

- Severely updated the Freighter Convoy with new variations and improved loot.

- Quietened the Rebel Ground Drones and reduced their health.
- The standard Rebel Helicopter no longer fires directly at enemies. It's now a fixed machinegun and strafes instead.
- Auto-Bomber Turrets now fire Tracer shots.
- Various enemy vehicles now have muzzle flashes for their machineguns.
- Most enemy vehicles no longer stop when hit.
- Halved HP of "Hardpoint-class" turrets (commonly on Freighter Convoys).
- Updated all of the Ship Cannons - Sprite updates, increased HP and overall better functioning.

- Mech crafting recipes severely reworked. It will no longer require any mech parts but will cost more basic resources and pixels.

- Major rework of loot spawns.

- Updated the "Koala Tapes" series of codices with some minor additional details.
- More dialogue files.
- Grammatical fixes.
- Found some censored dialogue. Respectfully uncensored it.
- Changed category of Letheia codices to the "Hylotl" category.
- Minor codex updates in response to gun name changes.
- Added a whole lot of new codices. I lost track.

- Implemented 4 new "weather" conditions.
- Removed nonexistant particles in custom weathers.

I had to cut down on the update log information because it was exceeding the max character limit.

- Rewrote alot of lore to fit in with a better explanation of who controls what. Also added alot more headlines to the current 15 newspaper codices with proper real life system names and non-political news headlines.

Dungeons

- Added a U.S Prison Colony piece.
- Also added Railings to all of the staircases.
- AND ALSO reduced overall NPC spawns.

- Added "Freighter Convoy" - An uncommon space encounter where you can raid a Freighter for basic supplies.

- Updated a few Space Encounters.

- Renamed Recreational Facility to Mobile Merchant Station to better reflect the main purpose of the place.
- Also increased world length from 2500 blocks to 3000 blocks.
- And decreased max pieces from 22 to 20.
- ALSO ensured that only 1 max of each piece may spawn in one station. No more of having 5 different gun ranges spawning in one station.


Fixes

- Removed "ue_crashedbattleship" for causing issues. Permanently removed because the fucking paint for the hull blocks don't even work if it's not in its own fucking instanced world thanks to spawning.


NPCs and Monsters

- Added Loyalist Prisoner.

- Added Pulse Turret - Fires a projectile that stuns most targets.
- Added Cannon Turret - A standard turret that fires solid shots rather than explosive shots.
- Added Multicannon Turret - A turret that can keep accurate small-arms fire on a target to wither them down.
Note: Some space encounters have had their turrets "upgraded" to this new class of turrets.


Misc

- Changed the description of the Procedural Baton.

- Minor spelling fix in Rebel Combat Dialogue.

- Updated the Mod Tracker Codex to document some changes.

- Removed a single npc from "Abandoned Rebel Scout Ship".
- Fixed treasure pool loop error.
- Fixed the Decorative Human Plasma Turret being worth 1.4 million pixels. It's now 0 pixels.

- Rebel Astronauts now use the USM-47E instead of the Adaptable Rifle.
- Severely buffed Friendly Loyalist Warfighters.
- Severely nerfed "Elite Ops" in Urban Battle Dungeons.
- The drop reward for killing Ship Turrets now scales depending on the tier.

- Added procedural "Abandoned Red Star Colony" - A Sino-Russian Colony left abandoned by its colonists. Only spawns on Snow/Tundra planets.

- Every mission has been updated - Ranging from small minor changes to noticeable modifications.


Fixes
- After half a year of the Rebel Prison being broken, it now properly spawns into its 3 designated zones without any issues.
- Fixed Clean Colony Vent's frames file.
- Fixed a crapton of incorrectly placed anchors for the Rebel Prison. Rebel Prisons should now actually spawn properly.
- Fixed grammatical errors on Weapons Rack decors.
- Minor codex fixes.

- Reduced damage of Flak Trooper by 25%.
- Due to the currently now-broken nature of how the "Electronic Marker" functions, Recreational Facilities are now officially broken. To compensate, the Security Turrets deal 50% more damage.

- Removed the "Vehicles and Mounts" tag as no major vehicles are operable in this mod.

- Fixed a game-crashing bug that would occur when interacting with the mission teleporter exit for the Prologue of the Power Train Campaign.
