Forgot that I updated the non-EUI version that I never updated the EUI version at all with the bug fixes!

Not save-game compatible.

Added City-State Buffer Zone: If you do not maintain your alliance within 5 turns, you will lose the effect. This means that if you lost an alliance status, you will still have 5 turns with the city-state's bonus.

Bucharest's Paris of the East tweaked: Great Works produce +1 Culture and Tourism(from +2 culture and +1 tourism to world wonders)
Florence's Cradle of the Renaissance tweaked: +1 Culture to Quarries. Artists, Musicians, and Writers produce +1 Golden Age Point(bonus only applied to artist and engineers).
Geneva's Ecclesiastical tweaked: +1 Faith per 2 citizens in a city(from +15% faith).
Hong Kong's Prosperous tweaked: +1 Gold per 3 citizens in a city(from +5% gold).
Ife's Yoruba tweaked: When a city expands its border, earn 4 Faith scaling upon era(from 3).
Jerusalem's Holy City tweaked: Jerusalem now gets the majority religion of your current capital instead of the majority religion of your nation when initially allied. Jerusalem also produce less religion pressure, but still much more than a regular holy city!
Lhasa's A Place Among The Gods tweaked: Earn 15 Faith upon a birth of a Great Person, scaling with era. The Potala Palace World Wonder can be constructed. (from +5 faith to world wonders)
Lhasa's Potala Palace bonus tweaked: +1, +10% Food; +1, +10% Culture (was +5, +10% food/culture)
Wittenberg tweaked: -15% Religion Unrest in all cities. Artists, Musicians, and Writers produce +1 Faith(was +1 faith from laborers)
Fixed Zurich bug with not producing +1% Interest(had the OSFrog factor so it actually produced somewhere between +0.1%-+10% interest!)
