Fixed some weird bug where you had persistent city-state bonuses if you were allied with them and they were suddenly conquered in the same turn!

AIs are more aggressive in their city-state grab varying on your CSD setting.
Some Jerusalem bug.

Patch 1.04 (The Age of Maritime Nations)

Within recent changes to Vox Populi, culture rewards have been upped. However, the growth of nations should never be neglected. A few small nations aligning themselves with these maritime city-states shall find their empire to be prospering with growth.

Antananarivo's Pirate Haven Kill Bonus increased from 80% to 100%.
Belgrade's Defense Bonus on Siege reduced from 75% to 60%.
Bogota's City Acquisition Culture Bonus increased from 15 to 30.
Bogota's City Liberation Culture Bonus rescaled from 50-150 to 75-125.
Geneva's Faith per Population decreased from 2 to 3.
Genoa's Gold Bonus increased from 25 to 100.
Ife's Tile Acquisition Faith Bonus increased from 4 to 5.
Lhasa's Faith Bonus increased from 15 to 25.
Malacca's City Acquisition Gold Bonus decreased from 100 to 75.
Ormus's Luxury Food bonus increased from 1 to 2.
Riga's Food Bonus increased from 8% to 10%.
Singapore's Overall Unhappiness Reduction increased from 5% to 8%.
Tyre's Great Works and Landmark Gold Bonus increased from 2 to 3.
Vatican City's Faith Cost Reduction increased from 15% to 20%.
Wellington's Strategic Food bonus increased from 2 to 3.
Yerevan's Art of War Kill Bonus increased from 40% to 50%.
Zanzibar's Resource Bonus extends over Bonus and Strategic as well.

Antananarivo's Gold Military Kill increased from 20% to 80%.
Yerevan's Culture and Golden Age Point increased from 20%/25% to 40%.
Fixed bug where CS alliance could be duplicated and be exploited and civilization could snowball from this.

Patch to the People's Power

Major bugfix to why Quebec City wasn't providing the bonuses(because a semi-colon was leaking in one of the code)
Bueno Aires's UA now grants +1 Food to village as well.
La Venta has its UI bonus nerfed. So unique civilizations can't abuse this city-states' power, but still have some beneficial benefits!
Melbourne gets +2 Gold to its GPP, +1 Gold to its mines.
Vancouver is renamed to Terminal City granting +1 Food to Villages and Great Person Improvements.

Indirect Jerusalem and Yerevan buff from bug fixes.
Added text saying that there is a 5 turn bonus buffer if you lose the alliance.

Belgrade's Trait Reworked: The White Fortress now provides +75% Defense against Ranged Attacks to Siege Units.
Budapest's Trait Reworked: The Pearl of Danube now provides a free horse per city and all mounted units receive +10 Experience.
Cahokia's Mound no longer provide culture and faith instead providing +2 GAP and +5 GAP if adjacent to a city.
Cahokia's Mound is now specialized as a unique improvement. Receiving yield bonuses from unique improvement bonuses(If there are inconsistencies, please report!)
Sidon's Trait Reworked: Now provides random Influence to Sidon scaling upon era upon bullying a city-state. Land Units outside of friendly territories heal 5 per turn.
Lhasa's Potala Palace provides half the yield modifiers if the alliance of Lhasa breaks.
Milan's Building has a higher gold maintenance (4 to 6). Milan's Building produces +2 Gold when the alliance of Milan still stands.
Valletta's Grand Harbor reworked: +50 City HP, +4 Food and Science. Food and Science bonus halved when the alliance with Valletta breaks.
Vilnius's Building has a higher gold maintenance (3 to 4). Vilnius's Building produces +1 Gold when the alliance of Vilnius still stands.
