Release ( 1.00 ) -

- Increases the Level Cap to recieve full EXP from Barbarians from 2 to 4
- Increases the Minimum EXP gained from killing Barbarians after this cap from 1 to 2

Making killing Barbarians more like killing civ units and more worthwhile!
