Updated the vehicles config code to work with the latest update.

Added Pandur II AA variant armed with 2 titan AA missiles.

Removed the commanders seat from the transport and medevac versions as it uselees.

Vehicles now have texture lists and can now switch textures.

Changed unit names.

Misc bug fixs.
