- Change focus "Declared Open City" to "Northcote's Appeal.
- Change the entry of Fascist HK. If you want to play fascist, you should choose "Chan Lim Pak" to open the fascist events.
- Change focus "Home of Freedom in Asia" to "Successor of Sun Yat-sen", you can creat faction after completed this focus. But this focus is not finished yet.

- Change “History of the Volunteers” from -40% to -50%
- Now “Declared open city” is not a timed idea, and HK will not be able to build any forces after completed this focus.
The description of this focus has changed. It is more accurate than before.
- Now fascist HK should complete the merchants uprising at first and then you can do the same things as the Japanese did in Southeast Asia during WW2
- Fascist HK would be difficult to conquer China or other countries if you have not finished the merchants uprising
- Historical leader portraits have separated from this mod
