1. Remove Timbersaw from requiredHeroes that cause him to be picked in every single game.

1. Added Timbersaw
2. Bot will select hero after human players pick heroes or game time less or equal than 30 sec remaining. But I still doubt you can use dota_bot_forcepick command in the console. Thanks to Dr. Zed for the patch script.

Update March 2nd 2017
1. Kunka Combo
2. Neutral that dominated by hero now can use spells, but sometimes it still can trigger crash : (
3. I think I fix the crash because I've been through 6 games so far without having any crash. But be careful if there is Chen or Enchantress in game. Their neutral domination may lead to a game crash.
4. Tweak some small stuffs.
