Note: Dust usage still not good enough. Bot will count enemy missing in the fog of war as goes invisible so they will use dust. If you have better logic to avoid that problem or better dust usage logic, leave a comment in Bugs/Feedback/Improvements discussion. Plus I haven't found a way to detect cooldown on the swapped items. They may be still idling to try to use on cooldown swapped items.

1. The neutral item will be dropped in the base.
2. Lower tier neutral items will be swapped to a higher level.

Fixed bot can't pick any hero in Turbo Mode.

Note: Because there is no API function to get banned hero list for Turbo Mode game mode bot will still pick a banned hero.

Small fix for 7.25 patch :
1. Update item build components.

Note: GetTeamPlayers() return only human player in Practice with bot mode, so the hero selection will fall back to the default bot hero selection logic. I can do nothing about this. Just wait for Valve to fix it.

1. Fixed Earth Spirit can't use any ability with stone
2. Fixed Death Prophet can't use spirit siphon for offensive purpose
3. Fixed bot won't pick up the neutral item even if neutral item slot is empty

Fix some bugs caused by Patch 7.24 :
1. Fix bot can't capture the outpost.
2. Fix bot can't use tp scroll.
3. Fix bot can't use neutral item.
4. Change item builds for some heroes.
5. Change rune to steal / take and rune steal path before the game start.
