Removed railroad crossing horn sound signal functionality for the New Mexico Railrunner Express.
This is due to the "Quiet Zone" rule applied to the crossings the specific locomotive goes on in New Mexico.
However, horn sounds will now signal if you block the pathway for this locomotive or are too close to the tracks. [ATS edition]
