Public holidays finished. "Work sounds" reintroduced at delivery points.

Fireworks finished.

Enabled temporary New Year's fireworks.
"Working sounds" disabled (e.g. no hammering sounds at construction sites) due to the public holiday (January 1 and 2, 2017).

EVENT UPDATE: Fireworks will be set off at midnight in New York timezone for more realism. Fireworks to end after California has finished celebrating New Year's.
