Removed Manticore Knife engram and item

Added costume slot to Inventory. This will be compatible with all costumes that use 'Manticore' as the equippable tag.

Another attempt at making mane colourable (this may cause the manes to turn grey again)

Changed crafting costs of Lion bars to use more Apex Drop items instead of the items previously gathered by the Manticore Knife

Altered C attack to do 1 damage, and 150 torpor at 100% melee (It used to do 5 damage and 150 torpor, this is to make calculating torpidity easier for those who wish to alter amounts through Ini, and because the damage is so small it won't really make much difference to gameplay)

Added new Ini option

Torpidity=

This adds a new multiplier solely for the high torpor C attack. setting it to for example 10 would multiply the C attack to do 10 damage and 1500 torpor at 100% melee. This stacks with the current Damage= multiplier, so for example having the following;

Damage=10
Torpidity=10

Would cause the left and right click attacks to do 10x more damage, and the C attack to do 100 times more damage (therefore 100 damage, 15,000 torpidity at 100% melee)

Tweaks:

Poison Ball attack no longer affects riders
Wild Manticores should be better at mixing up attacking on the ground or whilst flying.

Tweaks:

Changed dismount distance and direction to prevent getting hung up on mesh on server (needs testing though)
Reduced gas ball torpor damage by 50%
Made gas ball damage preventable using gas mask
Various AI and attack tweaks. Manticore AI now favours bite and claw attack over others and will attack when on the ground, improved AI attack ranges and frequency.
Reduced spoil timers on Prime Meat and Organic polymer in Manticore inventory
Reduced flyer offset to allow for better ground attacking when flying.
Reduced corpse tageting and improved various attack facets to prevent endlessly circling of corpses and allow Manticore to gather from them.
Changed Dino Tag to allow use of regular Manticore name plate picture.

Tweaks:

Colour regions and wild colour variations!
Extreme Ini multiplier now effects Health, Stamina, Food, Weight and Torpidity.
Servers using an Extreme setting should no longer see tamed Manticores get fully healed on server restart.

Scorpion Tails are now Venom Glands.
Claw swipe attack no longer stops movement.
Sting attack base damage increased to 70.
Manticore can now carry flyers.
Dead Manticores now contain a Manticore Sting in their death inventory.

Fixes:

Walking and Running now has sound

Ini Functionality Added:

Server admins now have the ability to increase/decrease the carry weight of Manticores, add a base damage multiplier, Increase Wild Spawns, and upgrade Manticores to EXTREME with a stats multiplier (at present this will only increase the Health Stat as I do some testing on a live server environment)
