Fixed issue with some modded items and items crafted in your inventory not showing up in the AA Smithy

Added verification logic to Smithicator Engram Placement to hopefully provent any client crashes on placement with certain mods. If you still crash when placing or going near an AA Smithy, please report your full mod list in the discord by opening a Ticket.

Fixed the cooking pot missing the proper AA Kibble Recipes.

Fixed the modded engrams not showing in the AA Smithy, it should now show all modded items and even the items in workbenches such as the Eco mods where you don\'t learn all the engrams.

Updated collision on medical station so it is actually usable. You may notice it doesnt line up perfectly, but I will fix it with a better collision when I get back from vacation in October

-New Model for AA Medical Station with custom emissive
-Medical Station now shows range by healing what is sitting inside of the structure "wings"
-HUD updated for AA Medical Station
-Medical Station new ini setting to contol how fast it heals dinos.
-MedStationHealRate=5
-How long, in seconds, between healing pulses. Default is 5 seconds.
-Time can be set anywhere between 5 and 60 seconds.
-Each pulse is 5% of dinos health. To calculate full healing time take
(INItime x 20)=Total seconds for full heal from 0 health to 100.
-Medical Station can no longer be placed on platform saddles.

-New Model for AA Repair Station
-HUD updated for AA Repair Station

-Large amount of backend work for the upcoming UI and Power changes in AA 3.0

-AA Vacuum can no longer be placed on platform saddles and now must be placed at least 10 foundations apart to prevent a PvP Exploit

-AA Grinder will no longer grind S+ Tek Bridge or Vanilla Tek Bridge to prevent ingot duplication with
S+ modded structure
-AA Grinder new ini option to disable the ability to grind ingots into raw metal
-DisableGrindIngots=True
-This is false by default, allowing normal grinding of ingots (again to prevent S+ duplication issues)

-AA Grinder Exclusion list ini setting remade from the ground up.
-Simply use GrinderExclusionList=ClassName1_C,ClassName2_C,ClassName3_C
-For instance to make the grinder not be able to grind itself use GrinderExclusionList=GrinderAA_C
-To make it not grind itself, Consoles, and Vacuums for instance use

-Turret Genie now has an ini configurable cooldown for changing turret targetting settings.

-AA Control Console Black list ini setting introduced.
-Used for server wide prevention of pulling from structures or dinos.

-For instance to make the console not be able to pull from an AA Grinder

-Has a radius of roughly 30 foundations (ability to adjust coming soon)

-Added AA:: Medical Station
-Uses healing brews to automatically heal all dinos and player in its small radius.
-Will not heal when daeodons are actively healing in the area for pvp balance.
-Only one can be placed in the effective area to prevent stacking of heals.
- Had a radius of rougly 3.6 foundations (not adjustable)

-Added backend work for new power structures for server testing. Can not be leared.

-Element Dust can now go into the feeding troughs
-Rafts, Motorboats, Gachas, Meks, and Tek Buggys will no longer set off the starving message
-Starving message can now be disabled in radial menu of Feeding Trough
-AA Large Crop Plot now in game with snapping to foundations and ceilings
-AA Rare Mushroom Seeds and AA Rare Flower Seeds now craftable in AA Kibble Table(dedicated seed crafting station coming soon)

AA Patch Notes

-Forges will now automatically push gas to AA Wireless Generators in range and balance them if pulling is enabled on the forge.
-Turret Genie textures optimized
-Incubator animations added and texture optimized
-Grind All in the grinder will no longer make your ears bleed. 1 second after a grind all the inventory of the grinder will now be pushed to the console automatically.
-Engram Unlocker's Unlock All option now only unlocks engrams up to your current level. (unlock all is still disabled by default)
-Fungal Wood should no longer convert to regular wood on pull with some stack mods
-Egg crate will now only ignore fertilized eggs when near a nest instead of all the time.
-AA Grill will no longer allow cooked meats to be added to the OCD list
-Console will pull anything from the grill if its set to go to other OCD Structures (set cooked meat to go to freezer)
-Veggie Crates should now accept all mushrooms
-Misc Typo fixes
-ini option for Turret Genie to add a delay between fills. Delay can be anywhere from 0-1200 seconds. Default is 0 TurretFillingDelay=0
-AA Feeding Trough will now check once every five minutes to see if there is food for all dinos in the area. If there is a dino with no suitable food available to it, it will send a message to all players in the area.
-New option in AA Control Console radial menu to diable ally looking on every dino in the area
