Welder:
-should now repair marine health
-should now heal self when repairing stuff

Blabber:
-Apparently doesn't support > 6 blabbers per egg so fixed that.

Armoury:
-Repairs armour

Flamethrower:
-Nerfed damage vs flammable

Fade:
Increased minimum time spent in ethereal / blinked state from 0.4 to 0.5 seconds

Lerk:
Decreased glide acceleration

Medpack: Adds a 29 armour per drop

Trying out some bot stuff.
-Reorganised priorities in shooting the tunnel before the hive, and attempting to buy the GL before any other weapon (before it was the shotgun), and buying the welder as a last possibility.
-Readded UWE's excluded 'weld' code.

Increased armoury heal rate 10->20 hp/sec because it feels unpleasent to have to face the armoury to heal (really i could just change that later tbh lol)
Decreased power node armour 930 ->310 (total 1550 effetive health)
Increased power node build rate (30->60 hp/sec)
Increased power node weld (build+repair) rate (60 -> 120 hp/sec)

-Increase hive maturation time from 3 to 5 minutes
-Attempted fix to gorge's self-heal bug with twiliteblue's help
-Increased item stay on ground time 5->15 seconds (original ns2 was 30 seconds)
-Mines cost increased 300 -> 500c

-Readjusted marine's weapon point value (which effects rewards that aliens get when they kill humans):
Calculated by: tremulous cost / 200 * 5 - 5

kLayMinesPointValue = 7.5 (was 2) (this applies when carried)
kGrenadeLauncherPointValue = 14 (was 15)
kShotgunPointValue = 3.75 (was 4)
kHeavyMachineGunValue = 9 (10)
kFlamethrowerPointValue = 10.25 (11.25)
