Fixed some AI issues and tweaked a few menu icons.

Slightly nerfed some resource excavation decisions, mostly in asia.

Improved the Soviet guards divisions spawn decisions.

Brought back missing german focus: around the maginot.

Several new focus icons.

Fixed bugs in German focus tree naval branch. Tech bonuses are now correct for the kriegsmarine focus, dependencies for plan z and uboat effort fixed.

November 23 Total War Changelog


-Fuel penalties will now kick in when the unit tank is 80% full instead of 20%

-Added new decision for SOV to spawn cheap divisions and 2 tanks when conditions are met. (certain surrender % and not owning specific states). Has to be used before the first winter offensive decision

-Barbarossa spirit buffed a little bit for player and AI ( a bit more for AI )

-GFXs unique equipment for Uniforms for some allies and axis nations

-Changed French and Germany war behavior, implemented phoney war style. Germany won't kill france before 1940 anymore.

-Reduced XP cost for designers

-Improved USa focus tree design

-Increased cost of logistic support companies

-Buffed left side branch of Grand Battle Plan Doctrine

-Improved SOV ai research logic

-Manchukuo ideas got changed, better logic and not more duplicates.

-Several AI logic improvements on how they deal with encirclements. They will now attempt to encircle better and defend from encirclements too.

-Italy will now actually try to defend and take north africa from UK.

-Added and rebalanced air zones in SOV
