Updated mod to be playable on 1.12.2. Please help us playtest this version. The DLC features such as new focus trees and air designer is NOT in the mod yet. Commanding officers is in. @everyone This version should be stable, I ran a hands-off AI test game to November 1945.

Known issues in new version:

Ship hit profiles were changed in the base engine, I cant tell for sure if the new values are balanced since paradox didnt add documentation on how they compare to the old calculation.
Randomized commanding officers do not have very nice portraits, expect generic females :animepepe:
The background menu for the theatre air view selector is missing
