  • Gov District/Masters Hall had their output switched to Minerals/Food instead of Minerals/Energy
  • Automated Armory had ship upkeep dropped to 1% and got a -7 Energy Upkeep, down from -2%. Now also provides a -10% Upkeep to orbiting ships.

2.0.2 Update 3:
Just a brief warning here, with the added perks I've reshuffled a few of the ethos techs and there is a chance you might not get a tech you were expecting to get. If this happens please let me know and include the tech and ethos you were playing as. Just because of the way the exclusions work I can test to make sure the mod is in game but can't test to make sure you aren't prematurely locked out of it. Remember also that the two tech limit on ethos techs still applies
  • Ethos tech restructure. I've altered alot of the ethos techs to provide benefits in line with when the perk is avaliable. For the most part this effects T2 and T3 Perks more than the others.
  • About 90% of the new ascension perk techs are in. At the moment I'm borderline on dropping the enigmatic perk line alltogether for the ethos and maybe just adding a couple of cross perk techs for it, builidng upgrades or something basic.
  • Went back over AI weighting and placement rules on planet unique buildings, their upgrades and upgrade routes, AI should be better with this now
  • Went with reygis's suggestion regarding Fanatic materialsts and the biology ascension perk they now get an improved clone army and a rapid growth regular army (just to avoid edits on the normal clone army).
  • Finally worked out custom strings for techs, so added or altered outputs for buildings will appear alongside other benefits rather than in the description.
  • More Fanatic rebalancing and a few new additions.
  • Thanks to Mayonnaiz for bouncing a few ideas off of and sorting out my trait icon issue.

I'm a little burnt out atm so there might not be anything other than fixes for a bit, anyway enjoy.
