Remove maps that surpassed the game limit of 16 megapixels for custom maps (XL and XXL maps).

Version 1.1 add options for Huge and Megalomaniac flat maps. Added configurations for Large (16km x 16km) on River, Islands and Lake configurations.

V 1.09 Add island.

First version. Includes 8 flat maps in different sizes and anspect ratios. Subsequent versions plan to include rivers, lakes and sea coast.
