# Added powerups. Have a chance to drop from robots. The chance scales from 5% to 1.4%, reducing as the player count increases.
# Added the EMP Blast powerup, destroying all robots currently alive, grants 25 points per kill.

# Added the Instakill powerup, granting instakill on robots for 60 seconds.
