v0.7.8.0 - NATO 3.0

Note: This is a major version update, new game is recommended but not required. Old saves will work.

Features:
- NATO will now respond to a growing resistance with more force in the mid-game. They will not reveal exact details re: the new operational procedures. Early game is untouched.
- NATO may now respond to spotted threats ie offensive vehicles with their own. Stay out of sight of NATO and their drones or roll with AA support
- New building: Radar - Buildable at captured Bases, reveals enemy drones, helicopters and planes within 2.5km
- Drive-through shops: You can now drive up to any store like it was a hardware store to buy/sell items to/from your car inventory
- Manual Insertion: You can now order a recruited squad to get in your vehicle as cargo, and ordering them to "get out" of a vehicle above 150m will now make them parachute, pilot and gunner will stay in the vehicle if it's their assigned vehicle

Bugfixes:
- You could fast-travel to gang camps
- "Transfer Legit" was broken
- NATO would schedule convoys at 25:00
- Could not trigger town QRF sometimes
- Revealed gang camps were not saved
- NATO was trying to mortar helicopters
- NATO HQ was not spawning garrisoned aircraft
- NATO convoy jobs were marked as "successfull" when not
- Gun dealer was selling Quad Bike w/ HMG for very little
- Shops were empty if Arma language was not set to English
- HMG garrisons would spawn on top of each other on game load in towers
- "Garrison" button at FOBs would delete the flag
- Possible fix for character data not being saved on dedicated servers
- Enhanced Movement would not work on player reload (thanks to DeliciousJaffa)

Tweaks:
- Enemy AI accuracy has been dropped further. Note you can change these settings under "Addon Settings > VCOM Skills" in Arma options
- Lots of items added to shops including Binoculars, Rangefinders, ACE PAKs, Surgical Kits and much more. All these items may also be sold legally
- Stealing cars may set off an alarm and alert nearby authorities
- QRFs will now show location and progress in top-right under your cash
- Planned NATO convoys discovered by intel will now generate a notification
- Chance to reveal a NATO FOB if regional support is high
- NATO has built two new bases in the south of the Tanoa mainland
- NATO has built a base near Syrta in Altis, and two near Selakano
- NATO has moved naval operations in Altis to a peninsula in the Pyrgos Gulf
- Restricted areas now show on the map
- Civilian despawn script has been made slightly less severe
- NATO HQ is now marked with a star icon
- You can now repair warehouses and destroyed towers
- HMG/GMG garrisons not in a tower will now spawn with sandbags
- Barracks is now more expensive
- Fast travel is now more expensive (when set to cost)
- Fast travel rules have changed (We're sorry, but needs to happen)
Easy difficulty: remains the same
Normal difficulty: You can no longer travel holding a weapon (in pocket/backpack/car is ok)
Hard difficulty: You can no longer travel holding a weapon or in an offensive vehicle

Note:
This update, although wide-reaching is backwards-compatible with old saves. You don't need to start a new game.

Features:

Gang rewrite: Gangs will spawn at campsites near towns. Keep stability above 50% and garrison police to keep them away. See "Gangs" article on wiki for more information.
New Vehicle: KamAZ Recovery (aka the Field Assistance and Recovery Truck). Purchase this truck from the procurement menu at Bases and Warehouses for ~ $16,000 and you can use the "Loot" command while in the driver's seat to loot anything within 150m. See "Looting" article on wiki for more information.
Talk hotkey. With your cursor pointed at a civilian/shopkeeper, use the "Y" key to talk to them instead of opening the main menu (thanks to Krynoc)
Resistance Support: "Standing" is no more. Towns and the country as a whole now have a level of support towards the resistance. See "Support" article on wiki for more information. Faction standing is unchanged.
Autoload and difficulty settings can now be defined in server.cfg, see "Dedicated Server Setup" article on wiki for more information (thanks to Krynoc)

Bugfixes:

Possible fix for Arma 3 crashing when map is opened
NATO would not set a player wanted when stealing a vehicle in front of them
NATO checkpoints were not working very well on dedicated servers
Workshop and Blueprint screen was showing "any" for price
FOBs would not show on map after loading game
Owner of a vehicle would always show as "Someone" when entering it
Player's data would not be recorded if they crashed out of Arma 3
Faction would not request weapons if standing with them was > 50
"Transfer Legit" would remove some non-legal items and leave 1 of any backpack/vest
Fixed gendarm never having epi-pens

Tweaks:

You now respawn with the same clothes you had on at death
NATO will now set you wanted at a checkpoint if your vehicle is stolen
If a vehicle is stolen it will show as "Stolen" next to the owner's name when entering it
Razor wire removed from NATO checkpoints so AI has less chance of getting stuck
QRF: NATO will now only send 1 tank maximum
Faction blueprint prices have been reduced (now 5 x base price of vehicle)
Some vehicle and gun dealer prices have been changed
NATO will now use the Altis colored vehicles in Altis and Malden, instead of Tanoa colored
Single player mode now shows a warning and will not start, you must host a LAN game to play solo. This may be fixed in future so SP works again

Features:

Jobs are back! including lots of new job types
Tagging: purchase spray paint from a general store and use ACE self-interact (ctrl+windows) to tag a wall and reduce stability. Only effective up to 10 tags per town.
Bugfixes:

Unconscious text was showing multiple times, incrementing with each respawn
Fixed an issue with the spawner where some places would remain spawned forever
Fixed an issue where faction dealers were selling guns w/ attachments for very cheap
Improved the "Open Inventory" command
Tweaks:

No longer need to be a general to clean bodies and fog
No longer get a standing drop when killing Gendarmerie
Lots of prices have been updated (thanks to SoundBeat and Dabbs in #prices on discord)
Skills of fresh recruits have been raised slightly
Factory production time now capped at 2 in-game hours

Features:

Can now recruit civilians from a refugee camp, works same as a Barracks/Training Camp
A better looting system, not perfect but doesnt miss items anymore and breaks down less (Arma AI permitting)
Bugfixes:

NATO was constantly "seeing" or "not seeing" some players after load (thanks to Krynoc for the fix)
Adding HMG/GMG garrisons to bases/FOBs was broken
Garrisons were not being saved correctly
Recruits were not showing on map
Recruiting squads was showing wrong prices
Missile specialist recruits (and in squads) will now use NATO titans if available in warehouse
Sniper recruits will now pick a sniper rifle from the warehouse correctly, other recruits will not use sniper rifles
NATO would not send gendarm if stability < 10, meaning you couldn't cap without a radio tower
Tweaks:

QRFs have been rebalanced (NATO will not reveal exactly how)
QRF now has a maximum time of 30 mins, whoever is winning at that time will be declared the winner (thanks to Krynoc)
Players now count x 2 in QRF calculations (thanks to Krynoc)
All recruits in player's squad will be ordered to "stop" on respawn
QRF start time increased to 10 mins to allow NATO time to get in (not included in the above 30 min max)
