New features
* An error message is now displayed when you have more than one version >= v28 of IGE on your hard drive.
* Made the error display better when EnableLuaDebugLibrary is set to 1 in config.ini.


Bugfixes
* Civ5 will no longer crash on startup on macs!
* Deleting a city will no longer sometimes cause the units panel to bug.
* IGE is now compatible with the "Into the Renaissance" scenario.
* The "show resources" options will now work as expected.
* The culture bonuses will now be properly displayed on all tool tips.
* Floating messages now only display IGE messages.
* Slightly altered some texts for consistency purposes.


Localizations
* Added German, Spanish and Italian localizations! Thanks to Al Qamar, Emerald Viper and Error404.

New features
* Added a new option to hide resources you didn't discover yet on the overlay.
* Added a faith editor on the players panel (G&K).
* Added a culture editor on the players panel.


Bugfixes
* Compatibility with Gods & Kings (you can play with or without it).
* Fixed the infamous accumulation bug (caused weird yields when you were adding a resource or some other things to a tile worked by a city).
* Fixed the bug introduced in v23 to fix the accumulation bug, that was leaving your cities with one unused citizen.
* Fixed the bug introduced in v23 to fix the accumulation bug, that prevented the undo feature to work correctly on ownership changes, and a few other side-effects.
* Fixed the crash that occurred since the latest civ5 patch when you selected barbarians. The barbarians are now selected in safe mode, meaning you won't really "take their seat" and won't be able to open their cities and a few minor things. Blame Firaxis.
* Fixed the "glance at map" bug that caused the fog to not be correctly restored after you used the "glance at map" feature (probably introduced in last civ5 patch).
* Fixed a bug that prevented the technology tree to be correctly displayed with Gods & Kings.
* Removed the religious units from the units panel since we can't make them work properly.
* Building tooltips now display faith bonuses (G&K).

First released was v22.

The Steam workshop just opened and G&K is finally out.

The latest civ5 patch introduced a pack of bugs to IGE.
