Updated to A16! Total magnitude of amplification is from -20(f) [Vanilla] to -33(f) [Modded]. Inj laymens terms it makes the event deadly and you can see swings of 50+ degrees.

Cut the max temperature offset by 10%. Vanilla max temp offset for cold snap is approx 20F (the F is not fahrenheit but rather a variable). V1.0 was set to 30F. V1.1 is set to 27F. Honestly no real reason for cutting it back other than wanting to make sure the change is'nt too extreme until I playtest different situations more and receive more feedback. Thats not saying that this has'nt been testing because it has been extensively.
