v1.5.0 Game Version Patch, Balance rework, and Complete Rewrite of XML

Completely rewrote R++ using "Misc. Robots" as a template for recent changes.

Changed internal naming comvention from suffix tier name to roman numerals
i.e. _Basic = _I, _Interm = _II, and so on.

Renamed tiers
T1, previously "Basic" is now "Simple",
T2, previously "Intermediate" is now "Basic", and so on.

Texture subfolder changes
"..\RPP\.." will exist in appropriet hierarchy.
ex: ".\things\Buildings\RPP\" to better reduce potential conflicts.
Bot textures aren't named uniquely, but rather are organized by
subfolder within RPP ex: "..\RPP\Crafter\"
bot tier subfolders renamed from tier name to roman numerals which
directly corrispond do the XML definitions.

Reduced XML duplication by extensive use of inheretence.

Inheretence naming convention can be observed in most files and is consistant.
Whitespace characters and spacing are also consistant across files.

Added abstractions between parent mod and RPP to improve logical seperation
and allow for future changes / expansion, and ease of upgrading.

The A17 mv1.5.0 version was re-writen with longevity in mind. This should be the
definitive revision, likely will only be updated and no longer rewriten.
The naming conventions, inheretence, and abstracted seperation all greatly
lend themselves to increased ease-of-update and readability.

Revamped research (completely reworked) and seperated into new tab.
It's set up in such a way to allow for future expansions and more research.
Would be better if multiple inheretence was a thing...
