AI should upgrade MUCH better now that I finally told it what to upgrade TO. Boy is my face red.

Downside is that I have to clutter up the ship designer with multiple copies of the STL drives for each FTL theory tech you discover, so the AI knows which FTL to upgrade to.

Returned to standalone version, mod works as designed now

- Renamed from players to Players so that override works properly
- Practical techs now depend on tier 1 physics labs again, so that researching lab 2 didn't cause you to automagically draw every practical drive you'd unlocked at the next tech draw regardless of the odds against that.
