Changed mod flag to 1.5.* (the mod was always compatible but now it's not annoying you saying it isn't)

BIG UPDATE!

Finally figured out how to mod it so it functions like a replace file works for localisation meaning I don't have replace the entire 00_defines.lua file, which made it incompatible with many mods (mostly the big, complete conversion ones like Kaiserreich). Now, the mod should (hopefully) work with every mod until the end of time (I will still change the flag whenever new updates come so you don't have that pesky alert when launching the game).
