V1.2.XY: BUG FIX MODE ACTIVATE!

More of a bugfix update than a content update, but that's why I'm uploading the GitHub version of the mod here and not my personal version of the mod! Lots going on behind the scenes, lots of things to scratch out on the to-do list, deathcans to buff and dyes to fix...!

Giving a big old thanks to DeltaJordan for their fixes and contributions for this build!

- Addressed a ton of stuff with NPCs: clothes, dialogue, quest-giving and crew-member-becoming have all been polished and had a lot of bugs swatted.

- Friendly fire issue on Splattershots has been addressed by remaking the wheel: they use different projectiles now.

- The Inkling Spawner has been removed from crafting (though the object still exists, if you happen to have one), and now you can find the Inkling Colony Deed available at the Spyke vendor; the recipe is a simple Colony Deed and one Super Sea Snail.

- Other small edits and fixes here and there.

It appears she's viciously beating a folder titled "microdungeon patches" with improvised weapons.

- Something that was /incredibly/ deep in beta-testing somehow got into the mod update.
Seriously, I thought I removed that. Why was that still in there?!

- It's really annoying that Tiled makes stuff and then goes "oh btw this tileset is based off of the assets folder" even though my mod doesn't put anything in the assets folder and then it all explodes.
Having to manually fix that for every microdungeon is... annoying, but I'll live, I guess.

- Fixed an error where Jelly Fresh was selling some... inkredibly /questionable/ ink tanks, which caused crashes.

As anyone who's played Cave Story would know, curly braces are incredible troublemakers.
I don't even /know/ how that one ended up in there.

- Fixed the matter of guard tenants spontaneously exploding when trying to pay rent.
-- Exploding NPCs always have something to do with dialogue problems. It's really funny.
- Fixed the mysterious clothing issue with the Inkling Weapon Merchant npctype.
- Added a handful of new clothing options to the Inkling villager npctype.
-- May have broken some things in the process by removing alternate color options for some of those clothes, lmao

- V1.3 will be later this summer, probably in late July - August!

Happy Splatfest! Have a little content update.

- Added some new objects. Can't stop won't stop.
-- Coricus sprited the 3 new graffitis! Thanks for all your contributions, I really appreciate your bugtesting + creative ideas. Especially when they're for meme purposes like this.
-- The Stolen Shoji Door is prone to change down the road. It's a placeholder that I had laying around for building purposes, and it looks pretty alright + is the exact sort of stupid thing that Inkling teenagers get up to in spare time. Please don't get too attached to how it looks right now!
-- The two new posters are also accessible to other races by means of the IUDB Data Drive 04 item. If you don't have one, go pick one up at the Outpost from our Octoling friend there.

- Added a new codex.
-- You can unlock its recipe at the Inkling Crafting Table by crafting/picking up the starter Octarian codex.

- Added two new pieces of clothing for the Love vs. Money Splatfest.
-- Bet you didn't expect them to be those, did you?

- Grabbed a flyswatter and fixed some bugs, including that annoying one that was affecting types of quests generated by NPCs.

- Finally got the Inkling Merchant to have the correct spawn seed.
Poor Turret, he had a cold for awhile, making his voice even squawkier than usual! But he's all better now.

- Added the Spyke Merchant to the IUDB Data Drive 04 unlock list.
