-Fixed minor issues with Hungary's DOD focus tree
-New portriat for Alfonso XIII (Spain), also fixed flag
-Added portrait for Faisal II (Iraq)
-Added party names for the different Royal families of France
-Remade localization files for better support with other mods, so some events will not have proper text
