- Corrected Laser Pistol damage so it's properly halfway betwen the Mag and Plasma tier pistols.
- Corrected tier setting on Laser Pistol and SMG so they sort properly between Mag and Plasma tiers

- Added missing crit bonuses on shotgun and sniper rifles
- Adjusted volumes on cannon and shotgun
- Assault Rifle and SMG suppression sounds should work properly now
