-Added Alien rifle

-Added Orion Armor
-Added Tachyon Suit
-Added Aegis Armor

-Partially fixed energy shield animation; ground pound plays but still no shield visual

-Added option to adjust tech and schematic costs

-Rebalance: Reduced the Energy Shield duration from 3 turns to 2. Since multiple soldiers can carry what is essentially preemptive damage negation, it's possible to have them stagger the shield effects to keep the squad shielded through most of or the entire mission. I want to make that harder to do as well as make sure the effect lasts for roughly a single average encounter. This reasoning is much more obvious when applied to the 5HP Energy Aegis shield stacked with other late-game defence stats.

Increased Shieldbearer armor HP bonus to 3

Added small concealment modifier to all ADVENT armors

Added customizable option to make ADVENT rifles and trooper armors finite; they will still be instant build
