Balance Changes
-Dodone no longer provides a Golden Age.
-Asklepieion en tei Koi no longer provides a permanent bonus of food, culture, and faith (local happiness is retained, however), and instead gives a lump sum of food, culture, and faith when a Great Person is born.
-Mouseion tes Alexandreias no longer gives a bonus to Bibliotheke tes Alexandreias (Great Library). In addition, the point bonus from spawning a great scientist or engineer is reduced from 67 to 45.
-Stoa tou Attalou no longer doubles the influence with city-states.
-Heumgyeonggak no longer provides a +25% Science in the city, and requires 3 great works of Art to trigger the bonus. Raw Science increased from 2 to 3.
-Taphoi Basileon Makedonon en tais Aigais no longer reduces the cost of social policies, but the Guilds and National Wonder bonus has been increased to 3.
-Cheonghaejin base gold and production yield reduced to 2.
-Bulguksa Culture and Gold yield reduced from 4 each to 3 each.

Adds two new Wonders and changed the tech requirements for some of the Wonders.

Tech changes:
Lykeion tou Aristotelou requires Philosophy instead of Mathematics.
Mieza requires Drama and Poetry instead of Philosophy.

Asklepieion GP Bonus no longer triggers the Science boost from the "Build Science Building to receive bonus" type of bonus.

Asklepieion GP Bonus is no longer triggered by embark/disembark

Fixed a LUA bug related to the Jiphyeonjeon that caused it to be stuck on giving Great Writer bonuses.

Fixed a critical bug involving Jiphyeonjeon whenever a Prophet or a Merchant is spawned by the city with Jiphyeonjeon.

Jiphyeonjeon second bug fixed: the dummy building points stacked, so the effect was changed to
Base 3 GPP + 12% of the city's culture, rounded up, both receiving GP modifiers

Fixed a critical LUA Error regarding the Nymphaion en tei Miezai that freezes the game.

Implemented the forementioned Taphoi Basileon Makedonon en tais Aigais change

Mieza LUA fixed so that the points are reset everytime the GP is spawned (which in effect makes the faith spawn actually like GP spawn system)

Heumgyeonggak Great Works of Art bonus now grants 5 Global Happiness as well.

Cheonghaejin Gold and Production increased to 4 each from 3 each

Balance Changes
- Asklepieion en tei Koi no longer yields a Great Scientist, but instead permanently increases the city's Local Happiness, Faith, Culture, Food, and Science by 1 whenever the civilization spawns a Great Person.
- Bibliotheke tou Pergamou now causes all Great Works of Writing owned by the empire to yield 2 Science for the host city.
- Hetairoi Kataphraktoi's unique promotion is not lost upon upgrading. In addition, the Great General companionship bonus is increased to 20%, while the Great General generation bonus is replaced by Earn Experience 67% Faster bonus.
- Jiphyeonjeon no longer randomly selects Great Merchants, while Great Engineers and Scientists are twice as likely to be chosen as the Artistic Great People.

Balance Changes yet to be implemented
- Taphoi Basileon Makedonon en tais Aigais: Social Policy Cost reduction to be reduced to 10%, but Culture, Science, and Production buff to National Wonders rolled back to 2.

Confirmed LUA bug fix that made the second policy involving the Asklepieion to always trigger

LUA change for Asklepieion en tei Koi, using policies. This means the effect can only stack up to two times (Because a certain civilization of mine allows for 2 copies of a World Wonder)
