FIXED: A bunch of other minor issues in 1.18. The mod should be fully compatible now.

Version 2

1. Corruption now increases unrest.
2. Also, it costs more to decrease it.
3. The more corruption you have the slower it grows
4. Mercantilism now increases corruption.
5. Added an decision that lets you reduce mercantilism
6. Doubled the unrest effect from horde unity/legitimacy.
7. Doubled the unrest effect from unaccepted cultures.
8. Prestige now affects unrest.
9. WE costs nearly triple as much to decrease as before but only causes half as much unrest.
10. Horde unity affects WE
11. Stability costs 50% more to increase.

After reinforcing a rebellion a province will be unable to reinforce for another 20 years (this way you don't have like, a million rebels in sicily :P)

Changed how the mod is structured so that it's easier to disable features you don't like. I also reduced the amount of extra monarch points nations get at the start.

Reduced the diplomatic interest distance (It's still higher than vanilla though)
