Update v1.0.1

1. The mod will now always write less, but more useful data to output_log.txt:
- the version number is now included to each debug statement.
- the folder from where all dependencies are being loaded.
- whether each dependency is found.
- whether all props were replaced successfully.
- whether the highway gantries and street name signs have been re-textured successfully.

2. All dependencies have been moved to the base folder of the mod (where American RoadSigns.dll is located).
Important: the dependencies are no longer located in the folder named Assets (which is removed). If the folder 'Assets' is still present, please delete it manually (copy the contents to the base folder first if that hasn't happened automatically!);

3. Added an option to load the dependencies from the local mod folder. To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to your local C:SL Workshop folder (location: C:\{Steam_Installation_Path}\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\690066392).
- Copy all files with the extensions .crp (9 in total) and .dds (4 in total) to a new folder named 'American RoadSigns', which should be created in your local mod folder (location: C:\Users\{Windows_Username}\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods).
- Start the game, open the main options panel and find the options for American RoadSigns. Check the option 'Load dependencies from local mod folder, if present', and load/start a city.
Don't worry, if not all dependencies are present locally, the mod will fall back to loading them from the Workshop folder.
