- updated modsupport
- fixed issue with desicion giving an error before the capital was founded
- fixed various minor bugs
- decreased size of alpha slightly

- Fixed issue where the Stadsretten effect didn't apply to Dignitary, Magistrate, Doctor and Monk specialists.
- Fixed issue where the Vaccination decision didn't give points toward a Great Doctor when playing with JFD's CID.
- Added debug mode option.

- UU: The Espingol now only have 2 Move Points
- UU: The Espingol will be granted additional Move Points if it is still has Attacks left
- UB: Fixed issue with Stadsretten not actually yielding Culture per Specialist unless in a Golden Age
- Decisions: The Vaccination Decision now displays that you get points toward a Great Doctor if using JFD's CiD, but for some reason, you still actually get Scientist Points - I will fix this when I can
