Competitive and Belligerent now reduce Claim Influence Cost by 50%, instead of increasing Rivalry Influence Production by 50%.
Reason : the old modifier don't exist anymore.

Ephemeral_lithoid now has the proper description and name, and is attributed to lithoids, not biological pops.

Sucessful tentative to update the mod to version 2.5.

Lithoids share most traits with biological species. Ephemeral for Lithoids is -40 years (from -25 for biological) but it may be too short or too long, feedback MOST appreciated.
