Trait Belligerent is now incompatible with Competitive, Aggressive and Extremely Aggressive traits. The fact it wasn't already was an oversight.

Competitive and Belligerent now reduce Claim Influence Cost by 50%, instead of increasing Rivalry Influence Production by 50%.
Reason : the old modifier don't exist anymore.
